Alcovin
SC Alcovin SRL was established in 2002, based northwest of the Sarica Niculitel vineyards in the region of Dobrogea, with their main activities being the production and bottling of wines. The company owns approximately 300 ha of vines with the production of 2300 tons. Half of the vineyard area is positioned in Cerna, located in the National Park mountains, between Macinului and the Aquila Foresrty Hill Chervant, the other vineyards are located on the hillside slopes of Carcaliu.
SC Alcovin SRL is the member of the Association of Professional Hill wines of Dobrudja (a member of ONIV and has implemented the system of management of food safety based on HACCP principles.

SAUVIGNON BLANC DOC CMD
Our Sauvignon Blanc is a semi-dry wine and has a canary-yellow colour with bright greenish reflections. It has quite an intense flavour, recalling the notes of jasmine or vine flowers. The palate is fruitful, fresh, enveloped in a pleasant, tempting aroma.
