Wine Princess
Wine Princess is situated on the foothills of Arad in the former historical wine-growing region of Minis. Grapes such as the red aszú, the spicy Cadarca and the Feteasca Regala, once thrived in this area and Wine Princess is keen to re-establish Minis’ reputation for producing excellent wines.
Wine Princess has 62 hectares of land on which 85% is planted with red grapes and 15% is planted with white grapes. The climate in Minis is particularly suited to the production of red wines, with the Cadarca being Wine Princess’ flagship wine.

Cadarca is a traditional Romanian wine and has been planted in Minis for centuries. The Cadarca 2006 is a really balanced wine, with an intensive colour and spicy flavour. Our wine has 13,5 degrees alcohol and 6,4 g/l acidity. It is recommended to be consumed with roasted meats at a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius.
