Ten years after the rebirth of Prince Stirbey winery by restitution to Baroness Ileana Kripp, the winery celebrated by launching the estate’s first sparkling wine.

Made from 100 % Cramposie grapes, this wine also marks the first sparkling wine from Dragasani region on the market. The grape variety of Cramposie fulfills all the characteristics of a classical sparkling wine: vivid acidity, delicate fruit, and elegant minerality. Total production of the first edition is 5.000 bottles.
